Donna Reen is a postgraduate in Financial Accounting and English Literature from Mumbai University She has worked on various assignments as a consultant to educational franchises involving setting up, curriculum and teacher training and has been an educational consultant with Scholastic (India) Pvt. Ltd. where her main focus was to inculcate reading habits in children.
Joel Waugh has had thirty- eight years of service in Air India as a Senior Manager, In-flight services and the head of In-flight Entertainment. He has represented the airline in global forums and seminars. Later, he was an international Tour director and Business development Manager with reputed Production and Distribution studios for airline specific Audio / Video software to facilitate Airline broadcasting. He has conducted training for Airline Academies in various cities.
Shailesh Thakur is a cabin crew and soft skills trainer. He has conducted crew training for Jet Airways, Gulf Air, Turkish airlines and Malaysian airlines in their base cities. For the past 18 years, he has had an exposure to the tourism, hotel and airline industry in India and overseas. This adds to his global perspective to teaching and learning.
Rukshana Ladhani was an Air Hostess with Air India for 5 years. Presently, she is an internationally trained skin, hair, and body therapist. She is also a doctor of alternate therapies and believes in a healthy lifestyle having trained in Cidesco(Zurich), CIDTAC (London), and done her haircutting and styling with Sydney Morris, London
Rachit Sharma is a Mumbai-based wine Sommelier. He started his career in the Hospitality Industry in November, 2005 and then went on to specialize in wine and beverages in 2011. He assists clients with beverage training, product mix, stock management and rotation, and consumer appreciation sessions. He has been a sommelier with Standalone Restaurants like Olive and Mehrauli and with 5 star hotels like The Lalit and Taj Mansingh, New Delhi. He was the head sommelier during the 2011-12 seasons for Maharajas’ Express, India’s finest and the world’s second best luxurious train. He has also done a stint with the wine and beverage retail of Reliance Fresh at Delhi and Mumbai. He has also worked as a sommelier with a 7 star cruise-liner in U.S.A where he got the opportunity to work alongside world class sommeliers.
